๐Ÿ‘‹ About ADHDtools

Tiny tools for brains that don't do big systems.

ADHDtools.co is a collection of free, browser-based micro-tools built around one observation: most productivity systems fail ADHD brains not because we're broken, but because the systems assume a brain that starts tasks on command, feels time passing, and enjoys maintaining the system itself. Ours don't. So instead of one giant app you'll abandon by Thursday, we make small single-purpose tools โ€” a timer that asks for one sprint, an unsticker that finds your first tiny step, a drafter that pads your blunt texts.

Everything here runs right in your browser. No account, no signup, no app to download, no streak to lose, no email to hand over. Open a tool, use it, close the tab. If it saved anything (like your task list), it saved it locally on your own device.

What we believe

๐ŸœTiny beats mightyA tool you'll actually open beats a system you'll heroically configure once and never touch again.
๐ŸŽ‰No guilt mechanicsNo streaks, no shame stats, no "you've been away." Stopping is allowed. Coming back is always free.
๐Ÿ”“No lock-inNo accounts and nothing to collect. Your data stays in your browser, where it belongs.
๐ŸงพHonest reviewsOur gear reviews stick to published specs and real trade-offs. Some links earn us a commission โ€” that's disclosed on every review.

How the site stays free

The tools cost nothing and always will. The site is supported by affiliate links in our reviews โ€” when you buy something through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That relationship is spelled out in our affiliate disclosure, and it never changes what we recommend: reviews describe products by their actual published specs and honest trade-offs, period.

๐Ÿ’œ One important note: nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of these tools are a treatment for ADHD. They're coping tools. For diagnosis and treatment, talk to a qualified clinician.
