Short version: some links on this site earn us a commission if you buy through them. You never pay extra. We only recommend stuff we actually use or have tested. Our free tools will always be free.
How we make money
ADHDtools.co is an independently run site. We earn money through affiliate partnerships — when you click certain links on our review pages and make a purchase, we earn a small commission from the seller. This is how we keep the lights on and the tools free.
What "affiliate link" means for you
When you click an affiliate link and buy something, the price you pay is exactly the same as if you'd found it yourself. We receive a percentage of the sale from the retailer — not from you. It costs you nothing extra.
Our affiliate partners
We currently participate in the Amazon Associates Program (and may add direct affiliate programs from individual app and product companies). As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
How we decide what to recommend
We do not recommend products just because they have an affiliate program. Our review process is the same whether or not a product has an affiliate link attached. If something is good and doesn't have an affiliate program, we still recommend it. If something has a great affiliate payout but the product is mediocre, it doesn't make the list.
Every product recommendation on this site comes from actual use or testing by someone with ADHD. We don't accept payment for reviews, and companies cannot pay to change their ranking or rating.
Our free tools
Every tool on ADHDtools.co is free, runs in your browser, and requires no account. Tools are not monetized. They exist because they're useful and because they build trust — which is the whole point of this site.
