How this helps your ADHD brain

Classic Pomodoro assumes a neurotypical engine: 25 on, 5 off, four rounds, forever. ADHD brains often need a smaller on-ramp (try Warm-up 15/3 when starting feels impossible) or a longer runway once hyperfocus kicks in (Deep 50/10). This timer lets you tune every interval instead of failing someone else's defaults.

Two deliberate choices: auto-start is off by default, because being ambushed by a timer you forgot you set is startle-fuel, not productivity. And the visual skins aren't decoration — a depleting tomato or draining jar externalizes time, which is the exact thing time-blind brains can't do internally. If rigid Pomodoro apps have burned you before, you're not alone — I tried 12 of them and hated all of them. So this is the one I actually wanted.

Need something even lighter? The Dopamine Timer is this tool's little sibling: one single sprint, zero rounds, zero pressure.
