πŸ”’ Privacy policy

What we collect (very little), what never leaves your device, and who else is involved.

πŸ—“οΈ Last updated October 12, 2026

The short version

Your tool data stays on your device

Our tools run entirely in your browser. When a tool saves something (a task list, today's wins, your timer settings), it saves it to your browser's local storage on your own device. That data is never sent to us or anyone else.

The Back up button builds a file right in your browser and downloads it to your device. We never receive a copy. Clearing your browser data deletes saved tool data, so keep a backup if it matters to you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country or city level), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they got here. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

We use these numbers to decide which tools and guides to improve. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on. Google's handling of this data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive what you choose to send: the topic, your message, and your name and email if you add them. Submissions go to a private spreadsheet and trigger an email alert to us. We use them only to read and reply.

Ask us through the same form and we'll delete your message.

Fonts and hosting

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. Our web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent or trade personal information.
  • Run third-party ad networks or retargeting pixels.
  • Add you to a mailing list or newsletter.
  • Ask for an account, a phone number or payment details.

Children's privacy

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, which in practice is only what you've sent through the contact form. To exercise these rights, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
